Jason Locklin

Jason Locklin is the deputy director of government relations for Canada’s leading vaccine company, Sanofi Pasteur Limited. He is responsible for building relationships with the federal government and provincial and territorial governments across Canada. Jason is a graduate of Carleton University’s masters journalism program, and holds a degree in political science and English from the University of Western Ontario. After working as a journalist, he joined sanofi pasteur in 1998. Jason has held communications and public policy positions within the company, and provides strategic government relations and communications counsel as a member of sanofi pasteur’s Public, Scientific and Medical Affairs department. He is actively involved with BIOTECanada as a founding and current member of the Vaccine Industry Committee and a member of the organization’s Health Advisory Board. He is also a board member of The Biotechnology Initiative (TBI).
